SOUTH FLORIDA MECHANICAL SERVICES, LLC (SFMS) is a Veteran Owned full-service mechanical contractor specializing in the turnkey installation of heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning systems (HVAC) for commercial and residential properties. Our company is located at 4701 N Federal Hwy, Suite 340, Pompano Beach, FL, 33064 and we have been in business since 2019. From single installations to complete system maintenance, we offer sales, replacement, preventative maintenance, and service repairs on all types of heating and air conditioning systems. Here at SFMS, we prioritize project origination and design consulting to “best fit” the product or service, as well as plan and spec VE to meet the “intention” at every job. From the smallest repair to the largest installations, all services performed are handled with the highest level of dedication and quality of workmanship. We are a union contractor utilizing pipe fitters, welders, and service technicians out of Local Union 725.

Technician Training
- Reading HVAC equipment instructions and interpreting drawings
- Cutting and drilling holes in the framework of buildings
- Connecting HVAC systems to sources of power, water, and fuel
- Putting in thermostats, humidistats, and timers
- Testing HVAC systems and their parts according to the manufacturer’s instructions
- Installing and assembling HVAC equipment in commercial or residential buildings
- Ensuring that the HVAC systems are in optimal operating order
- Removing and replacing clogged air filters and other problematic components
- Checking for leaks in pipe or tubing junctions
- Examining, clearing clogs, and cleaning ducts
